Cardboarder uses Shopify to power our online store and enable us to provide the Services to you.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Cardboarder reserves the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason. Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
We may cancel or modify orders if inaccuracies occur regarding pricing, availability or product information.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products purchased are intended for personal use only and not for resale or export unless explicitly agreed.
ARTICLE 3B – TRADING CARDS & LIVE BOX BREAKS
Trading cards and live box breaks involve collectible products subject to chance.
By purchasing trading card products or participating in a live box break, you acknowledge and agree that:

All box break sales are final once the live break has started.

Cardboarder does not guarantee specific pulls, card rarity, player outcomes or market value.

Box break results are determined purely by chance.

Refunds or cancellations are not permitted after participation in a live break.

Trading card singles cannot be returned after delivery.

Sealed products cannot be returned once opened.
Participation in a live box break constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may exclude shipping costs, taxes, customs duties or import charges.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Cardboarder is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
ARTICLE 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, videos and design elements are the property of Cardboarder or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without written permission.
ARTICLE 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control.
Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.
ARTICLE 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or transactions conducted outside Cardboarder.
ARTICLE 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Cardboarder uses Shopify to provide ecommerce infrastructure.
All purchases are made directly with Cardboarder. Shopify bears no responsibility for transactions, products or services purchased from Cardboarder.
You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to purchases made through our store.
ARTICLE 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, your data may also be processed by Shopify and trusted service providers to deliver the Services.
ARTICLE 11 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback, suggestions or submissions provided to Cardboarder may be used without restriction or compensation.
You confirm that submitted content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
ARTICLE 12 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Occasionally information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if necessary.

Cardboarder may transfer its rights without restriction.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
