Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cardboarder.

All orders are processed and shipped from Belgium.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during product releases, promotional periods or live box break events.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium: 1–2 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and customs processing.


Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking information whenever available.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.


Live Box Break Shipping

Cards obtained through live box breaks will be shipped after the break has been completed.

Customers may choose to:

  • ship cards immediately, or

  • combine multiple break orders into one shipment where available.

Cardboarder reserves the right to consolidate shipments to reduce shipping costs and packaging waste.


Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.

Cardboarder is not responsible for:

  • shipping delays caused by carriers

  • customs processing delays

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos of:

  • the package

  • shipping label

  • damaged items
