Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened sealed trading card products

  • Trading card singles after delivery

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, together with proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Trading Cards & Live Box Break Policy

Due to the nature of trading cards and live box breaks:

  • All box break purchases are final once the break has started.

  • Trading card singles cannot be returned after delivery.

  • Sealed products cannot be returned once opened.

  • By purchasing a box break spot, the customer agrees that all sales are final.
